If you are not completely satisfied with our web services and products, please notify us via email at within the first 30 days of your purchase, and let us know that you wish to cancel your purchase.


You will be given a full refund of the contract amount, excluding setup fees if applicable.


Your e-mail notification to us must be sent from the contact e-mail address that we have on file for your account. Please also include in your email the product and service purchase information relevant to the cancellation request.


If a refund is due, you will be notified by e-mail; it can take up to 30 days after cancellation of your contract to receive your refund.
